Delivery and payment

Opening hours

Orders are accepted through the website 24/7 . Order processing, email responses, and phone consultations are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM .

Saturday, Sunday and holidays are days off.

After placing your order, a manager will contact you to confirm and clarify payment and delivery details. If you don't receive a call within a business day, your order may not have been received by the system. Please contact us.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.


Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta . Other carriers may be available upon request.

  • Free delivery for orders over 1500 UAH.
  • Delivery cost for orders up to 1500 UAH is 60 UAH.
  • When paying by cash on delivery, the commission for the transfer of funds is paid by the recipient at the carrier's rates.
  • The order is dispatched on the day of placement or the next business day.

If you haven't received an SMS notification about your parcel's arrival, and the delivery period (usually 1–3 days) has already passed, please contact us.

To send an order, you must provide the recipient's full name and mobile phone number .


Payment methods

  • Payment using IBAN details.
  • Cash on delivery upon receipt at the Nova Poshta office.
  • Payment by bank card through the payment system on the website.

After order confirmation, shipping occurs within 1-2 business days .

In case of cash on delivery, the commission for the transfer of funds is paid by the recipient according to the carrier’s rates.

When paying by IBAN or bank card, you pay only the order amount. The manager will provide payment details after confirming the order.

Payment can be made via online banking, a banking app, a terminal, or a bank branch.


Exchange and return of goods

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," medical products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

If you have any complaints about the quality of the product, please contact us - we will try to resolve the issue promptly.

Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect the item in the presence of a delivery service representative . If the item does not match your order or is damaged, you may refuse delivery.

Claims regarding appearance and completeness are accepted only if the product has not been opened or used .

In some cases, a return may be considered at the store's discretion. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
